(well, my project has officially reached the end of it's first quarter. how fast time flies when taking photographs. what fun has been had, and what fun lies ahead.)
Wow -- these made me a lot happier than last week's Frankenegg and grey snow... I know I know, art is meant to challenge, not always please... whatever, today I like happy.
The Lobster sandals rock -- yet one more reason to move to California -- you can wear them all year if you so choose. And the playground is great! Though white zinfindel??? <turns up california wine snob nose but tries not to look too judgemental... =P >
HA! i don't usually order the zin . . . but i had been drinking sangria earlier, was a bit intoxicated already, and wanted something sweet and easy to drink to match (also inexpensive). i'm usually a pino grigio / riesling order-er when out and wanting something decent-to-good, but the best wine i've ever had EVER was the Emerald Riesling from the Golan winery in israel. if you can find it, you must try it. absolutely fantastic.
that playground is taking forever to finish . . . it started as an empty, scary concrete lot that totally looked like a drug hangout . . . now it's taking on it's new form, slowly but surely. they even have planters for a garden on an attached second level, wayyy in the back of the photo.
